NAVY LEAGUE YOUTH MEDALS

All JROTC and Sea Cadet awardees received the Navy League Theodore Roosevelt Youth Medal mounted on a plaque
stating that they are the outstanding cadet of their school JROTC or Sea Cadet unit,
a certificate with their name and date of award, and a check for $25.00.
